Dear Folks,

Some news, and it is news that makes me sad, but I understand.

Miguel and German have decided not to continue opening the restaurant on Sundays for us--they are up so late Saturday night that coming back for us on Sunday is just too much for them.

That means we have to find a new place. There are 2 restaurants near here--Tazu and Torrente. We have already met a couple of times at Tazu when De Picos Pardos was closed, so now I have talked with Pablo at Torrente, and he is expecting us at noon this coming Sunday, November 25th.

Torrente has a much larger menu, something that the vegetarians will appreciate. In addition to grill items, they have fish, sandwiches, pasta, pizza, and such favorites as hamburgers.
