Dear Folks,

A couple of things have come up that might be of interest, so here they are:

1.  A lady in Colonia who lost her husband and must return to USA soon is offering a very nice house for sale (furnished if desired). It is in Colonia

She writes "My website is finally in working order.  
It is in English and Portuguese--Spanish to come. Lots of photos, google map, plat map, blueprints,contact info, etc.

2.  A nice Apple MacBook Pro "Core 2 Duo" 2.4 15" (SR) which costs US $550. It has Lion OS X 10.7.5 and a nice suite of software. Case show wear on the bottom only, the rest is near mint and comes with a new battery.  Let me know if you are interested.
