Uruguay Beef Stew Recipe
Serves 4 people

1 can chopped tomatoes or natural.
1 chili pepper.
1 carrot cut into small cubes.
1 onion onion.
1 clove of garlic.
2 bay leaves.
Salt to taste.

Cut the meat into pieces. Chop the onions and sauté in two tablespoons of oil. Add the cuts of meat, tomatoes, peppers, carrots and seasonings. Then add a cup of soup broth.
